Establish the Oklahoma Chapter of the Case Management Society of America as the premiere professional association furthering the diverse field of case management by providing opportunities for development and education, while advocating high standards of practice within the healthcare industry, to ensure positive patient outcomes and to benefit all case management professionals.

Stephanie Rider - President

Stephanie Rider BA, BSN, RN, CCM, is a Medical Case Manager. She owns and works as a Professional Case Manager at Rider Medical Management Services, LLC. Stephanie currently works in the field of Workers Compensation. Her prior work experience includes in-patient psych, pain management, neurosurgery and case management. Stephanie believes strongly in the purpose of the CMSA organization, at the national level, but especially in our local CMSA-OK chapter. She has been involved with the board for several years. She is especially excited about the educational opportunities, the networking availability and the focus on professionalism as case managers. Stephanie serves on the Education and Conference committees and strives to bring a variety of relevant, current, and exciting topics that appeal to all different areas of case management. 


​Debbie Moffett - Immediate Past-President

Debbie Moffett, RN, OHN, CM, LNC, is the Corporate Nurse at AAR Aircraft Services, recently receiving the 2025 AAR "Do It Right" Award. She is also the owner of Moffett Medical Management Consultants, LLC with a division for Mobile Infusion Therapy. She has been an RN for 35 years in the medical, industrial, and legal nurse consulting arena. She has developed Health and Wellness programs throughout the US as well as provides case management for Workers’ Compensation, ADA, FMLA and Occupational Health Accommodations.  She is an avid advocate for holistic medicine, by providing vitamin infusions and education to her clients on a healthy lifestyle. Her goal as the Immediate Past-President of CMSA-OK is to enhance the educational opportunities for its members, increase the medical community knowledge of CMSA to help grow membership, and support the President.  


Kyle Spencer - Immediate Past-President

Kyle Spencer, RN, BSN, CCM, is an Independent Nurse Case Manager at Eiffel Medical. He has been an RN for 11 years in the medical and case management fields and received his Biology and Nursing degrees from Oklahoma Christian University. He has been married for 16 years to Jaime,  has 2 kids, Luca and Paxton, and 1 dog Poppy. When he is not working or at board events he is usually at the soccer fields with his son or softball with his daughter. He currently provides case management services for Worker’s Compensation injuries. His prior work experience includes orthopedics, neurology and cardiac ICU. His goal as Immediate Past-President is to build a strong active organization for members to interact with each other and attend fun, informative learning opportunities. He has served on the Board for the last 5 years. He  looks forward to many more and wants to make this the best organization it can be. “I love being a case manager and want to give back to the case managers of Oklahoma.”


Randy Hulin - Treasurer

 Randy Hulin is a Senior Account Executive at Levius Medical. He is dedicated to clients, adjusters, and nurse case managers. He is committed to patient care and client satisfaction with each referral. Levius’s care coordinators will work closely with the discharge planners and physicians to assist in getting the patient released with all medical equipment, home health, and modifications, if necessary. He has been in the medical sales world for over 30 years and brings great contacts and ideas to the CMSA-OK Board.
 

Maria Davidson - Secretary

Maria Davidson is the Business Development Manager for Select Physical Therapy in the Oklahoma City region, including Lawton, Ardmore, and Ada. She has been in the field as a medical marketing rep for nearly 20 years and has over 10 years experience in the Workers Comp area, working with Nurse Case Managers, Adjusters, and payers to get patients treated at one of Select Physical Therapy’s 30 OK locations. She has been a CMSA board member for 4 years and is the current Secretary for CMSA-OK and a member of the CMSA-OK Education Committee. Her goal is to continue to bring education opportunities  and appreciation to Nurse Case Managers in Oklahoma. 


Jackie Cole - Board of Directors

Jackie Cole has worked as a CNA, LPN, RN, Nurse/CNA Training Coordinator BLS Instructor and has been a Case Manager for the past 6 years. She is currently the Case Management Coordinator at Bethany Children’s Health Center, where she has worked for the past 16 years.  She received her LPN through Canadian Valley Technology Center and her ADN at Oklahoma City Community College. She received her Certified Pediatric Nurse certification in 2016, Certified Case Management certification in 2022,  and was recently nominated top 5 for Oklahoma Nurse of the Year 2023 with March of Dimes in the Case Management, Public Health, Ambulatory Care and Other Nursing Specialties category.  She has been married for 19 years to Jack and has 3 kids: Jared, Jace, and Jewell, and one dog Delilah, living in Chickasha, OK. 


Sara Forrest - Board of Directors

I have worked for Cohesive Healthcare Management and Consulting for seven years as the Director of Provider Relations. At Cohesive, we offer many different entities of care which include management of critical access hospitals that provide hospital based skilled nursing. Some of our other entities of service we offer are, Home Health, Transportation, Urgent Care Clinics and Staffing. As Director of Provider Relations, my role is to help promote all that Cohesive Healthcare has to offer. I have worked in healthcare for 30 years with 25 years being in a marketing position. I have been involved with CMSA in some capacity for over 20 years, from being a vendor, a member, serving on the board as an officer, a board member as well as a committee member. I have made many contacts and long term friendships by being involved with this great organization. 


Andrea McBride - Board of Directors

Andrea McBride BSN/RN, MBA/HM is Vice President of Clinical Services for Cohesive Healthcare and Management where she works with internal and external case management for 5 critical access hospitals.  She has been a nurse in the rural setting for over 30 years with the last 8 in case management. Her passion is ensuring safe transitions for patients where there are limited resources. CMSA is a great way to stay connected to a community that collaborates to improve patient outcomes. 


Thom Bishop-Miller - Ancillary Board of Directors  

Thom Bishop-Miller is a passionate healthcare leader with more than 30 years of nursing experience and a longstanding commitment to elevating patient care, supporting families, and strengthening community partnerships. A natural people person, Thom thrives in the presence of others—known for his ability to connect deeply, encourage generously, and bring joy and steadiness to every environment he enters.  Currently serving as Business Development Executive for Trinity Hospice, Thom specializes in cultivating trusted relationships with hospitals, clinics, and long-term care providers to enhance access to compassionate, patient-centered services. His career has been marked by a dedication to service, integrity, and advocacy for the well-being of the most vulnerable.


Mike Daniels - Ancillary Board of Directors 

Mike Daniels, NRP, is the Business Development Manager in Oklahoma City for AVEM Health Partners. He has been in healthcare over the last 17 years in EMS and the last 9 at AVEM Health Partners. He is passionate about rural health and the impact on small communities. Helping patients navigate through their illness and facilitating a pathway to returning to their community.  AVEM Health Partners manages 3 critical access hospitals, Rural Wellness Anadarko, Rural Wellness Fairfax and Rural Wellness Stroud. AVEM Health Partners offers inpatient skilled nursing in the hospital environment with emphasis on high acuity and quality outcomes.


Cara Gonzales - Ancillary Board of Directors  

Cara Gonzales, MSN, RN, CCM, is the Director of Care Management, on the Care Progression Team,  at Integris Health Baptist Medical Center.  She enjoys providing leadership to the case management teams at the Baptist and Portland Integris campuses. She provides guidance in standards of care, best practice, the development of leadership skills, and avidly encourages continuing education and personal refinement skill sets.  She has enjoyed 25 +years of nursing experience in case management, acute and rural hospitals, clinics, community, and school health, LTC, LTAC, SNF, med-surg and ER settings, employee health, clinical informatics, the education of adults in healthcare fields, as well as local leadership within her community. She is excited to bring her nursing experience, love of leadership, excellence, education, and passion for patient advocacy to the Board.  She plans to add her voice to the Board by collaborating on exciting conferences, crucial education, and by offering her expertise in speaking engagements on leadership excellence. 


Becky Grantham - Ancillary Board of Directors

Becky L. Grantham is known as a Sales & Marketing Professional in both state and regional Sales Manager positions for over 32 years in the Healthcare Industry; Sunrise Healthcare, Apria Healthcare, Coram Healthcare, the Private Duty & Senior Healthcare Industry. Becky is a business developer, visionary, problem solver, relationship builder, leader, volunteer, fundraiser and a Board Member of several non-profits & other organizations for over the last 35 years. while also being an Oklahoma Advocate & Lobbyist for those that do not have a voice. Her desire as a CMSA board member is to help build a healthy healthcare industry while supporting, encouraging and empowering the Case Managers from allentities with education, resources and relationships. Case Managers have one of the most difficult and important jobs in the industry, directing and caring for our patients.


Alicia Barton - Ancillary Board of Directors  

I bring over 30 years of experience in the Oklahoma City medical community, with a career that spans both clinical and administrative roles. I began my journey in healthcare as a Labor & Delivery scrub tech and later worked as a home health aide, which gave me a strong foundation in patient care and compassion. I went on to serve as a medical office manager, gaining extensive experience in operations, organization, and patient coordination.

My background also includes serving as a SoonerCare Provider Field Representative and working in medical imaging marketing, where I strengthened relationships between providers, payers, and partner organizations. Most recently, I served as the Business Development Manager for 360 Physical Therapy with a heavy focus on workers’ compensation growth and referral development across multiple states.

My broad experience across clinical care, provider relations, administrative leadership, and business development has provided me with a well-rounded perspective of the healthcare system and a strong commitment to advancing collaboration, education, and support within the case management community.


Charles Howard - Ancillary Board of Directors  

With over 16 years of experience in the medical field, I have built my career on compassion, reliability, and a deep commitment to serving others. My professional journey has led me to my current role as a Community Liaison for a mobile wound care company, where I work closely with patients, families, and healthcare partners to ensure that individuals receive the quality care and support they deserve. I take pride in being a bridge between communities and the medical resources that can truly make a difference in their daily lives.

As a dedicated single father of two, I strive to lead by example—showing my children the importance of empathy, service, and perseverance. My passion for elder care has shaped much of my work. I firmly believe that our seniors deserve dignity, attentive care, and someone willing to advocate on their behalf. Whether I’m guiding a family through the wound care process or helping coordinate essential services, I approach every interaction with patience, respect, and a genuine desire to help.

I have always been someone who steps up when needed. Whether in my professional responsibilities or within my community, I am committed to offering support in any way I can. My goal is to continue making a meaningful impact—one person, one family, and one connection at a time.


Julie Harvey - Executive Director

Julie A. Harvey, M.Ed., NCC, LPC, CRC, CVE is the CEO of JAH Rehabilitation and has been a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant for the last 32 years. Some of her specialties include Vocational Evaluations, Expert Testimony, Job Placement, Ergonomic Assessments, and Wage Loss Analyses across the State of Oklahoma. She has a federal contract with the Social Security Administration as a Vocational Expert since 2008. She has been a member of CMSA-OK for several years. Her goal as Executive Director of CMSA-OK is to expand the organization’s continuing education offerings, as well as help grow the CMSA-OK membership, while managing the organization and providing support services to the Board.  She has been married to David for 31 years and has two grown children, Hannah and Holten.
